Roshada Thompson started in ministry at the age of 19yrs old as a psalmist and

Sunday school teacher in Bastrop, La. At the age of twenty seven she accepted her call into ministry as an Evangelist and was licensed June 4, 2006 by Pastor Rodney Williams of King Solomon B.C Sibley La. During the course of her ministry, she has worked in all fields of evangelism including, nursing homes, prisons, street ministry and mentoring young women.

She has established community choirs, praise dance teams and quartet groups, while

operating as lead vocalist and director in Haynesville’s outreach choir. She has lead the town

of Haynesville in Prayer and outreach services for the community. Her passion is deliverance

and prayer. She is a giver, teacher, song, poetry, play writer & recording artist. She is also a successful conference host. She travels into all cultures and denominations preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Pastor Roshada is well-known for her ability to teach while preaching the word with clarity

and revelation. Her ability to rightly divide the word of truth has placed her on many platforms

throughout her ministry and has elevated her as one of the most respected preachers of the

gospel. In 2015, she attended the United Theological Seminary. August 2016, she accepted her call as pastor of Earth to Glory Outreach Ministries, Haynesville LA. A ministry she started as an  outreach in 2006. She was ordained on September 3 rd 2016 By Bishop Julian Lott, Koinonia of Grace Church Camden,AR.

In 2018, Pastor Roshada started a ministerial equipping class, which offers ministers the

opportunity to learn from her teaching and be mentored while receiving their ministerial

license. She licensed & ordained six ministers under this program. She is currently mentoring

pastors and evangelists from the class and surrounding areas.

In May 2022 God gifted pastor Roshada with an idea to create & design her own T-shirt line.

She released her first gospel single December 11th, 2022 entitled "I Give You Glory". This single has received several nominations including, Single of the Year. On April 27th, 2024 Roshada received a Doctorate in Divinity from School of the Great Commission Bible College and Seminary, Phoenix, AZ.

This woman of God believes in the five-fold ministry and operates in every gift of the Holy

Spirit. She has a prophetic eye & ear to hear from God. Her passion for people & ministry has

proven her call to the work for over 20yrs. She is the mother of two children, Aleja Hammond

& Joshua Hammond. She is employed by the United States Postal Service. She is saved,

sanctified and filled with the Holy Ghost. Her preaching is bold & powerful, her purpose is

winning souls for the Kingdom of God.
